The Claude Moore Health Sciences Library’s digital signage is a promotional device to showcase Library events, services, and collections. Therefore, requests to display information unrelated to the Library are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made when the event or activity is jointly sponsored by the Library or is complementary to a Library program or service and supports the mission of the Health System. All requests are reviewed and considered by the Library Operations Committee. In the event that an exception is made, the item’s placement, wording, length, and appearance are solely under the discretion of the Library.
