Self-Serve Equipment Checkout

This service is for faculty, staff, and graduate students affiliated with the University of Virginia Health System.

You can check out items such as:

  • Computers
  • Video projectors
  • Digital cameras
  • And more

Checkout Rules:

  • You must present a valid Health System ID to check out equipment.
  • You can check out an item for a maximum of five consecutive days.
  • You can check out a maximum of two separate items per check out.
  • You must pick up your equipment on the first day of the reservation and return the equipment on the last day of the reservation before library closing.
