Answer
Use Ovid's Results Manager.

Introduction
Conducting a good Ovid search takes time and effort. Save yourself steps when you find the citations you want -- export them directly to Reference Manager.
Step-By-Step
- On the Library's Home page, in the left column under Popular Databases, locate Ovid MEDLINE.
- In the Ovid MEDLINE screen, perform your search. Follow the directions to refine your search if you so choose.
- Once you have completed your search, click Display.
- Select each listed item you want to export to your bibliographic database by clicking its checkbox. At the top of your screen, click the triangle to expand the Results Manager, or locate the Results Manager box at the bottom of the search display screen.
- Results: Specify which citations you'd like to download.
- Fields: The default fields are the citation and abstract fields. If you'd like to use the MeSH headings as your Reference Manager keywords, select Citation+Abstract+ Subject Headings.
- Result Format: The default is Direct Export, which will format citations for exporting to Reference Manager, which must be installed on the same computer on which you are searching.
- Note: If you are using an older version of Reference Manager which does not support Direct Export, click here to view the Reprint/Medlars instructions.
- Actions: Click Save after you have set the Results Manager options as desired.
- Select Export results to Endnote, Procite, Reference Manager, or Citavi when prompted, then click Continue.
Select Open with ResearchSoft Direct Export Helper (default), then click OK.
You will be prompted to select the database into which you want to add the new citations. The default location for Reference Manager databases is C:\Program Files\Reference Manager\.
The database will open, and you will be presented with only the citations you just imported into Reference Manager. Change the tab of your main database from Imported to the name of your new database (in this example to H1N1), to see all of your citations in the database.
