How do I obtain full-text articles while searching Google Scholar?

Answer:

To obtain full-text journal articles licensed by the University of Virginia Libraries (as well as publicly accessible full-text articles) through Google Scholar, configure Google Scholar to use Find This@UVa links in your search results.

Step by Step:
  1. Visit Google Scholar at scholar.google.com.
  2. Click on the Settings link from the top of the page.

  3. Click on Library links from the left-side menu.

  4. Type virginia into the search box, and click on the search icon to the right.

  5. Choose University of Virginia Libraries from the list below and click on Save.

  6. Now perform a search in Google Scholar on your topic. From the results screen, note the Find@UVA link to the right of the title. Use this link to go to the full text of the article (if available through library subscriptions).
