How do I use Faculty of 1000 to find practice-changing articles?

Answer: 

Faculty of 1000 (F1000) allows clinicians to find articles that should change an aspect of the way they practice medicine.

Introduction: 

Faculty of 1000 reviewers can tag their reviews as “Changes Clinical Practice,” and by creating an alert, clinicians can be notified when any F1000 reviewer posts such an evaluation. 

Step by Step: 
  1. Start at F1000, and sign into your personal account. If you do not have an account, create one by selecting MyF1000 and following the prompts:
  2. Select the Advanced search option:
  3. From the Article Type menu, select Changes Clinical Practice, then click Search:
  4. Select STORE SEARCH and set up Email Alert from the Search Results page:
  5. Complete the form to create your alert:
